SHIPPING & PAYMENT

Goods that are not custom made are shipped via contracted carriers. We cooperate with the shipping services PPL, Zásilkovna and Toptrans (for larger or bulkier shipments). If you choose to have your goods shipped by one of these carriers, services such as return and assembly are not possible.

Custom made goods - transport LUVOTI

We transport the goods with our own van and staff, who make sure that the goods are delivered to you safely and without damage. As a result, we can also provide you with the return and assembly at the same time. The staff will provide you with complete handover reports and answer your questions. All goods are insured and in the event of an accident we will take care of everything.

What is the delivery time?

• Goods in stock (e-shop): Standard delivery time is 3–4 days from the date of order confirmation.
• Custom-made goods: Standard delivery time is 4–8 weeks. We will always contact you in advance by phone or email. 

How do I take delivery of goods with the LUVOTI delivery option?

When unloading the goods, our colleagues will help you with unloading and you can check the goods to make sure they have arrived safely and are free from damage. You will then sign the handover report and you can start using the goods.

What about shipping for smaller items (e.g. pillows, bags, bedspreads, etc.)?

We ship these smaller items by shipping company at discounted rates. It is necessary to check the goods thoroughly upon receipt to make sure they are in order or if anything is missing. In case of damage, everything must be written in the handover report. Of course, we pack the goods in such a way as to prevent damage during transport.

What is the procedure if the goods are damaged during transport?

If the shipment is damaged, the customer must draw up a claim report with the carrier. This is a prerequisite for us to be able to accept a claim for damage during delivery by the carrier. Without a claim report, the customer is not entitled to new goods. As soon as we receive your claim report, we will contact you to agree on the next steps.

Terms of payment

If you have decided to order our goods that are in stock, payment is made by paying 100% of the amount before delivery or upon receipt of the goods to the carrier - according to your choice.

If you have chosen to order our goods which are made to order, payment is made by paying a deposit of 70% or 100% of the total amount. Any additional payment of 30% of the total amount is payable on receipt of the goods, either in advance on account or by cash/card at the point of collection. The amount can be paid in several ways:

- Bank transfer - you can pay for the goods by transferring or depositing funds into our account with Raiffeisenbank Bank. After placing the order, you will be sent an advance invoice with the amount to be paid. After receiving the funds in your account, we will confirm the order immediately.

- Online payment card - pay for goods safely and quickly by credit card through the GPwebpay payment gateway. After you place your order, you will be billed for the amount (70% or 100%) you need to pay. Once we receive the funds in your account, we will send you a confirmation of payment as well as an invoice.

- Cash or credit card upon receipt of goods - in this case it is a supplementary payment of the invoice against the deposit paid. The additional payment can be made at the time of personal pick-up in our warehouse or when collecting the goods from our LUVOTI delivery service. Alternatively, the additional payment can be paid in advance by bank transfer.

- At our showroom - in cash or via QR code (bank transfer).
