FABRIC PRODUCTION
We are grateful to be able to satisfy even the most demanding customers or architects who include us with specific colours, designs and ideas for the final product. Occasionally, it happens that a shade or pattern just doesn't fit what you are looking for, so there is the option to have a bespoke fabric made to your exact specification.
All products in the Abitex collection can be customised to individual requirements, and it is also possible to develop completely new textile materials from the outset - from the concept of colours and textures to the final yardage and products made from these fabrics.
THERE IS AN UNLIMITED FIELD OF CREATIVITY!
DIGITAL PRINT
Allows you to print your own pattern or design on the selected texture. We can develop and fine-tune everything together to your liking. Once you are happy with the design, we will then apply it to your chosen fabric collection.
(AIDA, HORO DIS. 33, HORO DIS. 66 a INCA)
For digital printing we require:
Vector file in CMYK format
scale 1:1
HR 200 dpi with repeating pattern
Minimum order for digital printing is 100 lm
STITCHING
It is possible to have a pattern or logo embroidered into the textile. We use a wide range of fabrics and vinyls to meet your expectations. The subsequent fabric is quilted with 5mm thick fire retardant foam and non-woven fabric, ensuring not only aesthetics but also safety and comfort of the final product.
The finished product can be used for elements of home textiles, clothing or textile acoustic thermal walls and more.
For stitching we require:
Vector file in CMYK format
Scale 1:1
HR 200 dpi
Minimum order: 3 pcs roll (roll length 60 / 70 / 80 lm)
DEVELOPMENT OF NEW MATERIALS
Our company specialises in the production of customised products, and this includes the production of fabrics. With our own factory and finishing department, we are able to meet the specific requirements of your projects with regard to quality, techniques and fibre processing.
Minimum orders are determined individually depending on these factors to ensure that your product is exactly to your liking. We look forward to working with you and bringing your ideas to life!
